The song was originally released in the United Kingdom as a digital download on 13 April 2012 under the name "110%". The track was produced by UK producer Julio Bashmore.The track was originally called "110%" but was retitled to "If You're Never Gonna Move" when it was released in the US due to a dispute over the sample used in the track. The original sampled the line "carvin' my initials on your forehead" from Big Pun song "The Dream Shatterer". The original title was a reference to Big Pun's song "100%". Big Pun's estate did not grant clearance for the use of the sample so the title of the song was changed to "If You're Never Gonna Move" and the words were changed to "Coming on a mission like a warhead". The song was released in the US on 15 January 2013 via Cherrytree Records.. }
