Leslie "Hap" Hapablap while Kelsey Grammer reprises his role as Sideshow Bob.The episode is a parody of "'60s era nuclear war movies" and contains several references to Cold War films including Twilight's Last Gleaming, Dr. Strangelove and Fail-Safe.
