Andrew returned to the New London Theatre to reprise the role for six successful months in 2005.2006 proved a very busy year for Andrew, in between performing concert engagements at various London venues; Andrew also completed recording his first studio album Start Of The Road that was released in September 2006.Andrew has also recorded lead vocals for the World Premiere Recording of the Petula Clark / Dee Shipman musical Someone Like You. The album was released by Sepia Records on 7 May 2007. Andrew and Carl Mullaney are staging their own show at London's Jermyn Street Theatre on 29 April 2007. In 2014 Andrew impressed the judges when appearing on the ITV hit show Britain's Got Talent (BGT) and got through the first round auditions. This was the first time he had auditioned for Simon Cowell for over a decade, managing to get a standing ovation including from the man himslef, and hopes to impress in the contest in the future by 'Being more Himself'.Prior to his appearance on Britan's Got Talent, Derbyshire also appeared in Panto with the Star of Pineapple Studio's and Dancing on Ice Louis Spence.. }
