Founded in 1985, by August 2000 it had grown to 40 locations. As of 2009, Mellody's daughter still ran the original Brandon location.In early April 2010, CEO Chuck Winship retired from Beef 'O' Brady's, and was replaced by Chris Elliot former executive of Cinnabon and Church's Chicken.As of January 2011, the Beef O Brady's franchise has 215 locations in many different states, which are mostly located in the Gulf/Southern Coast of the United States. In October 2012, Beef O Brady's was ranked in the top 12 worst SBA loan failure rates. Beef 'O'Brady's is the title sponsor of the annual Beef 'O' Brady's Bowl, held at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.. }
