She is currently involved in the publication of a catalogue of Malay seals.Dr. Annabel, in association with Bernard Arps, who is a lecturer in Indonesian and Javanese at London University's School of Oriental and African Studies, has contributed a ground-breaking book on Indonesian art, under the name Golden Letters: Writing Traditions of Indonesia and Surat Emas: Budaya Tulis di Indonesia.
