Frasier keeps Niles calm and suggests they try again the following evening, and he phones some contacts to obtain tickets, but without success. Swallowing their pride with great difficulty, they stand in the cancellation line, and are at the front of the queue when they are greeted by the Kendalls, a couple who regularly socialize with the Seattle elite.
