Although Tate admitted that some areas in the sound was "kind of lacking", the already printed CDs with the original mixes were released, although Cleopatra offered customers the possibility to be sent a replacement disc if the original mixes are not to their satisfaction.It was revealed to the public on 28 April 2014 that Geoff Tate lost the rights to the Queensrÿche trademark.. }
