He became interested in comics at a very young age of two. Later, it just became a passion. He also works in 3D animation, but is more interested in creating graphic novels and comics. Gaman's artistic style is influenced by Indian iconography, combining the traditional illustration techniques of watercolour, pen and ink with modern digital techniques.His debut art show was in September at The United Art Fair 2012.Palem lives and works in Chennai. His works have been published in major graphic magazines, journals and he has exhibited widely in India. His forthcoming exhibition is Freedom to March slated to take place in Ojas Gallery, New Delhi, where he would be interpreting Mahatma Gandhi in his unique graphic novel format.. }
