It was released in 1982 on their own Lumania Records (its first non-single release), and has not yet been re-released in its entirety.Shortly after its release, Barnes & Barnes were threatened with legal action from Universal Studios over unlicensed use of the E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial name. As a result, Haimer and Mumy immediately took the record out of release, and destroyed all unsold stock. Approximately 200 copies were sold before the record was removed from sale. It is no longer considered a canonical Barnes & Barnes release, likely as a result of the low amount of copies sold as a result of Universal's complaint. Only one of its four tracks has since been reissued ("If You Hurt No One", on Yeah: The Essential Barnes & Barnes and on Kodovoner), though "So Bold" was re-recorded in 1983 for inclusion on Kodovoner, and again in 1988 for an untitled album rejected by Rhino Records.The EP's cover is a black-and-white line drawing by Joan Farber, though each cover was individually colored by Barnes & Barnes themselves.. }
