It was released in 1987 via CBS Records International. The album was critically acclaimed, and when it premiered it got the attention of famous singer Cazuza, who became a fan of the band.According to former guitarist Zique, by 1989 Nau was working on a second studio album. Eight tracks were recorded for it, but due to lack of promotion and the decline of appreciation of Brazilian rock during the late 1980s and the early 1990s, the album was cancelled and the group disbanded soon after; CBS would be also disestablished in the following year, since it was bought by Sony.
