The album featured a range of styles and genres, introducing an element of soul rock into their previous punk rock sound.The album features three songs that were released as singles. The first and most popular being "Apple of the Eye (Lay Me Down)". "Apple of the Eye" peaked at #34 on the ARIA singles charts, and placed #64 on the Triple J Hottest 100, 2006. The second single from the album was "Chase the Chaser", it failed to reach the ARIA charts, but did receive airplay on Australian music television network, Channel V.
