Telegraph Media Group won a range of Awards and is widely credited as a leader of change within the newspaper industry. Gregory became Managing Director at Emap plc in 2006. At Emap he helped make Magic 105.4 FM, London's number one commercial radio station. He also expanded other household name radio stations including Kiss and Kerrang from local radio stations into national brands, all winning Media Brand of the Year awards in successive years. He created, launched and managed numerous online and mobile ventures and developed a multi-platform position, matched only by the BBC. Gregory has been referred to as one of the UK's most respected online experts, he is fundamentally changing the way advertisers target and reach consumers and describes mobile advertising as the biggest opportunity for the future of personalisation, and of the media in general. Alongside his full-time executive role at Telefónica, Gregory has participated in a number of early stage, start up and interesting businesses.
