Users answer five basic household questions and are instantly presented with a personalized list of health coverage options, complete with program contact and cost information, sign-up checklists of important documents needed to enroll, and application links. Also available are downloadable resources detailing the public and private health coverage programs available in each state called the Health Coverage Options Matrix. FHCE's Advisory Board features Carly Fiorina, Alain Enthoven, Tom McClintock, David Helwig, and Leonard Schaeffer. President is Ankeny Minoux.
