A sign posted in the bridge by the Town of Charlotte identifies the name of the bridge as "Seguin" (with a letter "G") for one of the families who owned land surrounding it. This is probably most likely the correct spelling based on phone-listing research, however the National Register has the bridge listed as spelled with a "Q" and thus that will be its official name here.. }
