St Barbe, a wealthy merchant and ship owner. She served in the East India Company from 1795 till 1806. Under the command of Thomas Cuzens, she sailed from Cork, Ireland on 31 August 1805, with 130 male and 36 female convicts. Tellicherry arrived at Port Jackson on 15 February 1806. Five male convicts and one female convict died on the voyage. Tellicherry left Port Jackson on 6 April 1806 for Bengal for a load of tea. When passing through the Mindoro Strait in the Philippines the ship was totally wrecked sometime in June. The crew survived by abandoning ship into the ships boats and making their way to Manila. From there, a passing American ship took them to Canton where they arrived on 1 August 1806.".
