During the morning peak hour times, three trips of Line 251 going southbound begin at the station's entrance. During Sundays/Holidays between the hours of 11:10 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., select Line 251 trips end and begin at the station. During other times, passengers will need to walk to the station entrance. Northbound trips of Metro Shuttle Line 620 stop close to the station at State/Pomeroy Avenue. With the "Silver 2 Silver" program, Metro Silver Line passengers who have Metro passes can use the Foothill Transit's Silver Streak bus between Downtown Los Angeles and El Monte Station at no additional charge.
