Region -1 (Biratnagar) won the trophy with an average of 1.33 run rates, as Region- 4 (Bhairahawa) had a run rate of only 1.023. The tournament was sponsored by Carlsberg. On 2007 CAN had the sponsorship deal with Surya Nepal’s Shikhar Filter Kings, John Players and Standard Chartered Bank as the sponsors of the revised national league and national team for the five year value of Rs. 20,000,000. On 2008 the league was sponsored by Surya Nepal under the name of Springwood One-day National League held from March 28 to April 6 and April 7. This year’s event had all teams fighting each other in the round-robin league rather than two groups of three teams format used in past. From the year 2011 a new departmental team the APF cricket team also joined the league. They won the league in their first attempt. In 2012 the league was sponsored by Pepsi under the name Pepsi Standard Chartered One-Day National Cricket Tournament held on December featuring Eight regional teams and a team from Armed Police Force. In this tournament the APF Cricket Team defended its title defeating Region-4 Bhairawa by six wicket in Final match held on Dec 21, 2012.".
