The album peaked at number 1 on the Billboard 200 and sold over two million copies in the United States, where it was certified double platinum by the RIAA. The album was certified Gold in Canada by the Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA) and Silver in the United Kingdom by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) to date.
