They would have different models come in and take about 30 or more pictures for each mouth movement and use different face models for the main characters and used the Elastic Reality software.The show now airs on Starz Kids & Family. There are currently no plans for a DVD release of the full series, although Channel 4 released the first 20 episodes across three separate DVDs in the UK.
