Its many initiatives include Catholics on Call, the Catholic Common Ground Initiative (CCGI), the Peacebuilders Initiative, In Good Faith, Catholic-Jewish Studies, Catholic-Muslim Studies, as well as several established faculty chair appointments.In addition, CTU is home to the Biblical Study and Travel Programs, the Hesburgh Sabbatical Program, the Institute of Religious Formation, and the Summer Institute. The faculty are Catholic, Jewish, Protestant, and Muslim.
