The names of their 4 daughters are unknown, but their 5 sons, Joseph, James, John, Thomas, and William moved westward. John married Sarah Amelia Barr in Ohio. They moved to California, then to Oregon, and finally settled in the Camas Prairie of Idaho in 1864. Their children were Mary Frances, Tom, Delia, James and Clara. John (1863-1952) married Phebe Lucinda Smith (1879-1947). Their first son, James, was born when James was 49 and Phebe was 33. They lived in Joseph Plains, Idaho with their other 3 children, Rosamond, Jim Jr., and Narcie. Phebe died in 1947 and James died in 1942. Their children moved to California, Oregon, Boise, Idaho and Lewiston, Idaho. Joseph Plains and Camas Prairie are located in Idaho County near what is now Grangeville.. }
