To commemorate this special occasion, Audiogram released a compilation on I-tunes The Best of Gogh Van Go, which included the Say You Will re-mix produced by James Disalvio and a forgotten track from the first Gogh Van Go record produced by Pierre Marchand. Among other accolades, Brendan Kelly of the Montreal Gazette proclaimed the Gogh Van Go concert as his live music event of the year (see link below). This spring (2014), Gogh Van Go and their four musician collaborators returned to studio to record two new songs Sugar and Mama Needs a New Dress, written by Sandra with the help of guitarist-collaborator Yves Desrosiers and produced by keyboardist Jean Massicotte. June 26th 2014 signals the return once again of Gogh Van Go to the live stage as Montreal’s once and future coolest duo is part of the 2014 Montreal Jazz Festival accompanied by their top notch original live band. Gogh Van Go is back to remind us of some of the great moments of the ’90s, hot on the heels of their moving and utterly convincing performance this past December.
