The construction permit stipulates that Radio Free Moscow "shall cease operation of, and divest itself of all interest in, low power FM station KRFP-LP" prior to beginning program tests of the new station.On November 1, 2011, the FCC granted a minor modification to the Full-Power construction permit. Instead of being limited to 270 watts, the station is now allowed to build a 1,100 watt facility. Johnston in January 2013 as host of new, original show "Give My Regards to Broadway". The show airs Sunday afternoons from 12pm - 2pm, local time. Johnston, a 15 year veteran of radio, started at KOFE-AM in St. Maries, Idaho and has worked in the region at a number of other stations. Johnston was a regular guest host for Laurie Roth on the nationally syndicated "The Roth Show" in 2004. The first season of the show commenced on January 27, 2013 and concluded on May 19, 2013. The show did not air any regular editions during the summer months but did have re-runs and special re-productions during the summer season. Give My Regards to Broadway kicked off its second season on January 26, 2014 and according to executive producer and host Henry Johnston, is expected to be a "regular spring season show, leaving Kenneth (co-producer) and I free for the summer and then using the fall to write more amazing scripts.". }
