The site is bordered by Southeast 3rd Avenue to the east, Southeast 1st Avenue to the west, Southeast 1st Street to the north, and State Road 970 to the south. The Central East tower was proposed for Class A office space and residential condominium space, while the Central West tower was to be used for residential, retail, and office space. The Lynx Square, a retail center at the base of the entire complex, connecting the towers, was to be built immediately after the first two towers, in conjunction with the South West Tower.. }
