In 2010 there were three island competing. Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Eustatius. They compete in different events and the athlete with the overall most points will be declared the winner. There are two age groups, they are 11–12 years (Pentathlon) and 13–14 years (Heptathlon).This year was the first year that hurdles and baseball throw was added to the event list for the heptathlon. Sint Eustatius did not have a complete team. They only competed with a full Heptathlon team. Like every year, the hosting island is allowed to have two teams (which was Aruba). There were 32 athletes competing in total and Aruba was declared the overall winner, Curaçao came in second and Sint Eustatius came in third. This would also mark the first Year Aruba defeats Curaçao in the overall points".
