In 2008, he starred in My Name is Red (Orhan Pamuk's novel by the same name) a period drama produced by Goldhawk Productions and broadcast by the BBC, and in 2010, he took part in Mordkommission Istanbul, a movie produced by Ziegler Film Company for German TV channel ARD. By the year 2012, he starred in a play called "Korku İmparatorluğu / Fear Empire", acting in a TV series about Bosnian war for the Turkish national TV TRT "Mavi Kelebekler / Blue Butterflies" and in three cinema movies, which were in production in the summer of the same year.".
