Min began her career as a newspaper reporter in Westchester County, New York. She joined People magazine at the age of 23 as a staff writer, where she remained for five years. The Hollywood Reporter has won 20 National Entertainment Journalism Awards from the L.A. Press Club, including best website, best entertainment publication and best entertainment journalist, since Min became editorial director. Min was also awarded the National Entertainment Journalism's Luminary Award for Career Achievement in 2012. Min's revival of the magazine, which included an expanded breaking news web operation and the introduction of lifestyle features, boosted THR.com's unique visitors to nearly 12 million as of November 2012. Min also expanded the brand's signature Roundtables, bringing together A-list film and television talent including Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney and Julia Roberts to Aaron Sorkin, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Bryan Cranston for candid discussions both in print and on video. In 2013, the Awards Season Roundtables became a television series, The Hollywood Reporter Roundtables, that aired on PBS SoCal stations. In January 2014, Min was promoted to co-president/chief creative officer over The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard, putting her responsible for "editorial direction" over both brands.Min has written a book, How to Look Hot in a Minivan: A Real Woman's Guide to Losing Weight, Looking Great, and Dressing Chic in the Age of the Celebrity Mom.
