Timothy Chester, chief information officer of Pepperdine University, described the purpose of JuicyCampus in a letter written to Google as to create a "virtual bathroom wall' for abusive, degrading, and hateful speech."After the fall of JuicyCampus, CollegeACB became the premier gossip website. CollegiateACB, which was founded in 2012, has taken over since CollegeACB shut down in 2011.".
