- Times_Three abstract "Times Three were a short-lived Maltese girl group, consisting of lead singer Philippa Farrugia Randon with Diane Stafrace and Francesca Tabone, and known for their participation in the 1999 Eurovision Song Contest. Times Three were formed specifically in order to enter the 1999 Maltese Eurovision selection with the song "Believe 'n Peace", written by Christopher Scicluna and Moira Stafrace (elder sister to Diane) who, as Chris & Moira, had represented Malta in the 1994 Eurovision. "Believe 'n Peace" was chosen by a jury from 16 entries as the 1999 Maltese Eurovision entry, and went forward to the 44th Eurovision Song Contest, held in Jerusalem on 29 May. The song, performed on the night with Chris & Moira providing additional backing vocals, finished in 15th place of 23 entries, Malta's lowest placing of the 1990s and regarded as very disappointing.A follow-up single to "Believe 'n Peace" had been planned, but failed to materialise and the group disbanded soon after.".
