He graduated from the University of Manchester in the UK. His critically acclaimed first novel, All Shall Be Well; And All Shall Be Well; And All Manner of Things Shall Be Well was published in the UK and the Netherlands in December 2007, in the United States in January 2008, and has been translated into German, Spanish and Romanian.
