Paulsen of the Landmarks Preservation Commission. His wotk in Argentina includes the Plaza Hotel (now the Marriott Plaza Hotel, Buenos Aires), German Bank, Avenida Palace Hotel, Casado y Corral building, Villalonga Building on the corner of Balcarce and Moreno, Gran Hotel Casino in Belgrano, and the Parque Japones open air theater. He is buried at the British Cemetery in Buenos Aires.He married Jennie Nace Brooke Zucker (1861 - 1959). Zucker is buried at the Cementerio de la Chacarita in Buenos Airesin the British Cemetery section.".
