Her first film credit was the 1923 movie "Bag and Baggage". In 1924, she was given praise for her role in "The Girl of Limberlost", which garnered her the honour of being selected as one of the WAMPAS Baby Stars in 1924. However, the film did little else to improve her career. She also appeared in an action serial titled "Blake of Scotland Yard".Gloria Grey appeared in thirty-three (33) films during the 20s, as well as five Spanish-language films made in Argentina during World War II, notably "Allá en el setenta y tantos" and "Fragata Sarmiento (film)", but her sudden illness and death cut short her career. She was married to magazine writer Ramon Romero.Gloria Grey died in 1947 in Hollywood, California after a five-month illness, aged 38. She was survived by her husband, mother and daughter.".
