- Yamaha_Champions_Riding_School abstract "Yamaha Champions Riding School is a motorcycle training program based at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, New Jersey. It is the evolution of the now-defunct Freddie Spencer High Performance Riding School and spent its first four years at Miller Motorsports Park. The program is led by Nick Ienatsch, former racer and author known for writing an article titled "The Pace 2.0". Nick partnered with racer and journalist Ken Hill on the instruction side and brought in a who's-who of coaches to teach the two- and three-day programs: Dale Kieffer, Shane Turpin, Mark Schellinger, Garrett Willis, Chris Peris, George Grass, Phil Horwitz...and one-time guest instructor Scott Russell is signed up for the majority of schools. On the business side Ienatsch and Hill partnered with racer and financial expert Josh Siegel, AMA Superbike winner Larry Pegram, eyeball marketing's Limore Shur and Evolution Racing's Keith Culver. This team will launch the first NJMP school in April '14, with plans for traveling schools during the winter months. The school is based on Ienatsch's book Sport Riding Techniques and will occasionally feature guest instructors such as Yamaha sponsored MotoGP, World Superbike and AMA racers such as Colin Edwards, James Toseland, Josh Hayes and Ben Spies. The school's close partnership with Yamaha-US puts students on R6s, and also exposes them to Yamaha teams who occasionally test during the schools. These tests allow students to get a first-hand glimpse at the machinery and processes of the best roadracing teams in the country. Each school will feature less than 25 students and always holds a mix of street and track riders, with many new riders attending as well. YCRS has launched an informative Facebook page, in addition to the website.".
