Bonnet's letters about Roosevelt's illness, regarding inoculation for polio with blood serum, and other matters; Lovett's replies to George Draper concerning orthopedic devices; and letters to Lovett from Roosevelt's physiotherapist Kathleen Lake, reporting on his care, treatment, and condition. Some correspondence between Lovett and Eleanor Roosevelt, and copies of Lovett's letters to Sara Delano Roosevelt also exist in the papers. Other material includes Lovett's medical records, 1921-1925, with notes and results of his examinations of the extent of paralysis suffered by Roosevelt; and also description sheets and body charts of paralyzed muscles; and letters, 1931, from Linsly R.
