[Although this document has a tag for a seal and apparently has had a seal, there is a note upon it that "this transcript" was acquired by Simon de Ponte from Sir Richard de Chyllistone then prior of Dunstor, in the priory of Dunstor on the Thursday after St. Barbabas, 1303. The writing is of about that date, but the deed is at least as early as 1270 in form].".
