The grantee is to discharge the following rents: to the court of Lecton, the third part of a rent of 2d. a year; to the heirs of Tristram de Wychel', every year the third part of a half a hen, in the second year to the said court of Lecton the third part of one hen; to the abbess of Meallyng according to the quantity for the third part of the said hen; the third part of the 8th summons to the tenants of Waldis, the third part of one hurdle, and half in the second year; to mow and reap their part of half a virgate of meadow for the aforesaid court in the second year; and erase of "forgabul" at Midsummer to the grantor. For which grant the said Henry has given 11s. in gersum. Dated 10 Edward [I].".
