- catalog abstract "Bond of Sir Thomas Fisher of Islington in the county of Middlesex, baronet, to John Plumer of Grayes Inn, gentleman, in the sum of £100. Whereas by indenture dated 20 April 1654, Sir Thomas demised to Thomas Danvers of the parish of St.-Giles-in-the-Fields, High Holborn, London, a messuage, etc., in the same parish for 21 years at a yearly rent of £12, since which time Plumer has bought the reversion of the demised premises from Sir Thomas Fisher, a doubt has now arisen whether the said rent would not be determined by the death of Sir Thomas before the end of 21 years: this is therefore entered into to secure payment of the rent for the unexpired term after Sir Thomas's death, if he die before the 21 years expire, to the said John Plumer, by the heirs, etc., of Sir Thomas Fisher or Danvers. With a note on the reverse to the effect that the bond is to be void if Katherine Danvers, widow of Thomas, accept a new lease a the above rent for the remainder of the term.".
