Given on 30 March, 5 Edward VI. Endorsed with a note of enrollment in the office of Thomas Mildman, auditor of the county of Middlesex, Hilary term, 6 Edward VI [1552]. Enlosed is a transcription made on the stationary of the Auction, Estate, and Survey Offices of W. Bennett, Maclachlan & Co., ca. 1878.".
