- aggregation title "Aplicación del método de bloque celular para evaluar la población de fibroblastos de mucosa oral en ingeniería tisular".
- aggregation abstract "Introduction: Tissue engineering protocols requires the evaluation of the quality of the cultures by confirm the cellular lineage, purity of the culture and biological activity associated to cellular proliferation and cellular differentiation Several techniques has been described to evaluate these parameters. The cell block (BC), is a technique used in histopathology for the study of cytological samples. Our objective is to apply the technique of BC in culture of fibroblasts of human oral mucosa to evaluate the lineage and biological activity close to cellular proliferation. Methodology: To develop BC, fibroblast from IV passage were used and fixed in formalin and paraffinembedded for histological and immunohistochemistry using PCNA, Vimentin markers. Results: The method of the BC for fibroblasts of oral mucosa allowed us to observe the inmunoreacción for the PCNA and Vimentina markers. Discussion: The technique of BC followed by immunohistochemistry confirms the lineage of the fibroblasts and biological activity associated to cellular proliferation.".
