Her music director during her time in San Diego was Shep Meyers, where she was backed by Shep Meyers and his trio.When Eleonor was 5, her family moved from southern California to Yakima, Washington and bought an apple farm in Washington state, farming 58 acres in Tieton, Washington. Eleonor's parents divorced when she was 7 and she spent a great deal of time between San Diego, where her mother lived after the divorce, and the family farm in Washington. In 1996, Eleonor moved to San Francisco.She started her vocal training at 10 and taught herself to read music and play piano then as well. She has been a teacher for many people in her school, including Prudence Liew, Hawawa of Taiwan and Tracey Johnson. In late 2009, Eleonor lost her piano player and musical director in San Diego, Shep Meyers, to lung cancer and stroke during production of a second cd. After that, Eleonor started producing some original material for live concerts and private appearances.".
