After serving the United States in World War II, he started his own business focusing on the high-tech niche market of circuit boards.Techron was among the first companies to produce printed circuit boards in North America. As a leader in the emerging circuit board market, Techron dealt with many high-profile clients in need for the cutting edge. The most notable client that George dealt with was NASA. During the Apollo program in 1967, NASA choose Techron's boards when constructing their space craft. After managing the company several years as CEO, George later sold the Techron to a local competitor.George retired in Watertown, Massachusetts, where he lived through the rest of his life passing at age 83. He was the husband to wife Julie, father of five, and grandfather of ten.".
