C'était donc John Parsons le père d'Euphémia le premier de ses ancêtres qui s'est installé à Zante. Lui-même, bien que né à Londres, il a vécu assez tôt en Grèce à Zante chez ses grands-parents. Il y a grandi et a vécu toute sa vie en Grèce sur l'île de Zante et il a fondé une famille avec 5 enfants dont mon père Antonios avec son épouse Olga née Caracciolo dei Castellucci à Athènes sur la place centrale de l'ancien quartier d'Athènes Psirris près de l'Acropole. Suite à la réunification de l'île de Zante avec la Grèce après la Seconde guerre mondiale, ils ont hellénisé leur nom de Lambton avec lequel ils avaient vécu à Zante en Lambrinos et ensuite en Lambrinidis. En 1953, suite à un tremblement de terre, un incendie ravagea l'île et il n'est rien resté de l'état civil. Antonios Lambrinidis, mon père, a eu deux enfants, moi-même katerina Lambrinidis alias Catherine Lambre née le 09/06/1957 à Athènes et mon frère Dionyssios lambrinidis né le 06/09/1952 à Athènes lequel compléta mes informations sur la famille de notre grand-père; il n'y a en Grèce qu'un autre descendant de John Lambton, notre cousine Eleni née Lambrinidis, fille du fils aîné de John Frederick Lambton. Mes autres oncles et tantes n'ont pas eu de descendance. Moi-même j'ai deux filles, Solène et Claire Le Garzic. Mon frère a un fils, Antonios et notre cousine n'a pas eu de descendance. Notre grand-père notaire à Athènes a été atteint de cessité et est décédé avant le début ou durant la Seconde guerre mondiale. Il ne s'est jamais séparé de ma grand-mère qui fut sa première et unique épouse et inversement elle-même n'eut qu'un seul époux, notre grand-père John Frederick Lambton.
