- Panorama_Tower abstract "The Panorama Tower is a planned condominium skyscraper in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It was originally approved by the City of Miami and the Federal Aviation Administration in 2006 but was put on hold due to the Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo announced plans to begin construction of the tower as an all-condominium skyscraper with a height of 849 feet (259 m) with 724 units. This would make it the tallest building in Miami. Two 1970s-era office buildings already exist at 1101 Brickell Avenue as part of an office complex known as 1101 Brickell Avenue. The renderings depict these as coexisting with the new tower. When originally proposed in 2006, the building was to contain 270,000 feet (82,000 m) of office space, 30,000 square feet (2,800 m2) of retail as well as 650 residences. It's proposed height was to be about 259 meters (848 feet) with 74 floors. The original proposal was put on hold during the recession, but has been revived in 2011 as 724 unit residential building, with developer Tibor Hollo stating that it is one of his next projects, along with One Bayfront Plaza. The complex is large for downtown at 3.2 acres, spanning from Brickell Avenue to Brickell Bay Drive.".
