Another off-campus program is housed in the RCC Center for Creative Woodworking in Reidsville, NC. The RCC Early College High School provides public-school students a cost-free educational opportunity to earn a high school diploma and an associate's degree in five years while the Career and College Promise program allows high schoolers to earn college credit through RCC courses.Tuition and fees at RCC per semester for 12 hours (a full-time load of 4 courses) is $918 and the annual federal lifetime learning credit is $2000 per household member. This means that attending RCC full-time is free for taxpayers who pay $2000 or more in income taxes. The lifelong learning credit is available to each household member annually and may be applied to a single for-credit course or to a full-time program of study.Most RCC students receive financial aid.
