From 1997–2002, he was Associate Professor of Marketing at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, he was Assistant Professor of Operations and Technology Management at UCLA Anderson School of Management.Ho has published many significant works in refereed journals, in both economics and marketing. His research interests include pricing and revenue model design; behavioral game theory and alternatives to equilibrium models; and behavioral change. He was a 2005 finalist for the John D. C. Little Best Paper Award and was a 2005 finalist for the Paul Green Best Paper Award.In 2011, he was a finalist for the William F. O’Dell Award.Currently he is the Department Editor of Behavioral Economics for the Management Science journal. In addition, he is an Associate Editor for the Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, and a Co-Editor for Foundations and Trends in Marketing.
