Along with the Venezuela Symphony Orchestra he traveled to Europe and America, and also was member of the National Geographic reading club, in his live traveled around the world for general culture and the learning of languages, Victor Guillermo Ramos Rangel died in Caracas, December 10, 1986.In 1945 was music professor at the Music School of the Caracas culture direction.From 1945 to 1946 was professor of music, at the 19 de abril, Rubén González, Ricardo Zuloaga and Gabriel Mistral schools.Helped Vicente Emilio Sojo in the recopilation of Venezuelan popular songs.From 1944 to 1978 was Professor of Theory, Solmization and Music History at the José Ángel Lamas Superior Music School.".
