- catalog abstract "These data were collected in a study of six high school senior classes in the Atlanta, Georgia, area, in personal interviews. An attempt was made to interview each senior in the selected schools (response rate was about 85%). The focus of the study is on social learning, peer group influence, parental influence on political socialization, and attitudes toward racial and other social issues. The design of the study allowed direct measurement of attributes of mothers, fathers, peers, and schools. The record of each of the students includes not only his/her responses to the survey, but that of mother and father, school attributes, teacher responses, and the entire set of survey responses of up to five named peers in the student's senior class.".
