All of which properities he had purchased from George Merriell and Thomas Ely. Dated 22 December 7 James [I]. (2) Indenture between Egremont Thynne of Cossaun (Wilts.), of the one part, and Dame Katherine Lange of Southwraxall (Wilts.), widow, and George Bullock her servant, on the other part, witnessing that the said Egremont, in performance of his trust [see demise of 7 James I] and at the request of Dame Katherine, grants and assigns the residue of the said term of 500 years in the premises aforesaid to the said George Bullock, his executors, administrators, and assigns. Given on 1 October, 9 James I.".
