He wills also that Robert Fulwode his son and heir shall make an estate to the church wardens of Tonworth of a croft in Tonworth aforesaid called "Greves Crofte" under the condition that they for the time being shall keep two candles burning each Sunday and festival day during parish mass, one before the image of St. Thomas Martyr in the aforesaid church and the other before the image of the Blessed Henry the king in the same church. The remainder of his goods after payments of his debts he wills to Agnes his wife and Robert his son and heir to dispose of as they think best for the good of his soul. He appoints as executors of his will and testament Agnes his wife, Robert his son and heir, master Robert Ardern, rector of Lapworth, and Richard Yelshawe, vicar of the church of Tonworth.
