- catalog abstract "(1) Bargain and sale by Sir Thomas Sackvyll, knight, lord of Buckhuste, to George Reynsham of Temesforde (Beds.), esq., and William Strode of the Inner Temple (London) for the sum of £413 6s. 8d. of the lordship or manor of Crandon with its rights, members, liberties, etc., in Bedfordshire, Cambridgshire, and Huntingdonshire, parcel of the possessions of the late dissolved monastery of St. Neottes in Huntingdonshire; with all that tenement called "Pypwell Hulme" lying in the fields of Temesforde and Rockston in Bedforshire and Huntingdonshire, parcel of the late dissolved monastery of Pypwell in Northamptonshire; and all and singular messuages, etc., in Crandon, Temesforde, Everton, Tetworthe, and Rockston in Bedfordshire, Huntingdonshire, and Cambridgeshire; with covenants to exonerate the premises from all gifts and charges, save certain leases: one lease of certain lands called "Moultons fine" lying in the parish of Temesforde, granted to Robert Moulton by the late King Philip and Queen Mary by letters patent bearing the date 24 April, 1 & 2 Philip and Mary, for the term of 21 years at a rent of £3.15.2 yearly; and one other lease of land called "Pypwell Hulme" made to one William Cranfolde by the late abbot and convent of the late monastery of our Blessed Lady of Pypwell by their indenture of lease under their common seal bearing the date 26 August, 25 Henry VIII, for the term of 46 years and a yearly rent of 17s. 4d.; and covenant to make a good title. Note of acknowledgment in Chancery, 4 January 15 Elizabeth [1573]. (2) Sewn to the face is a quitclaim (in Latin) by William Strode of the Inner Temple, gentleman, to George Reynsham of Temesford, esq., of his right in the manor of Crandon.".
